Was all the time spent on investigating and impeaching Trump more vital to the country. , than having at least a Congressional oversight hearing , concerning a serious health pandemic heading our way ?

Maybe a plan of some kind could have come out of the house to help combat this impending crisis ?

No time in our history have we had a President have to " do it alone " with an National emergency ?

Congress has to ask themselves , could we have done more to help ? Or was impeachment to important to the country , to where nothing else mattered ?
